We recommend using Oat Pineapple as a pre-workout, pre-race meal replacement. It should be consumed 30-45 min before the effort.

Oat Pinaple Meal could also be used as a long adventure fuel. We recommend consuming 1 per hour after the first 2 hours of effort.
