Each litre packs in 60g of carbohydrates and 1,000mg of sodium to supply your body with the energy and electrolytes it needs quickly and conveniently.

Directions Mix 4 level scoops per litre of water and drink to thirst during exercise. For example: 2 scoops in a 500ml bottle 3 scoops in a 750ml bottle 4 scoops in a 1L bottle 8 scoops in a 2L bladder
