Don’t worry, Huma’s Strawberry Lemonade Gel Plus is still packed full of tasty fruit puree and concentrate, giving you a delicious gel that’s easy to digest during even the most hardcore event.

Each gel contains 100 calories from fruit puree, brown rice syrup, fruit concentrate, coconut water and chia seeds – plus caffeine. You’re also looking at approximately 240mg of sodium, 80mg of potassium, 25mg of calcium and 15mg of magnesium (depending on the flavour).
