Dispatch & Delivery

Fastgear Australia Accessories ‘s  Delivery Policy is as follows: 

Australia

We ship within Australia using Australia Post or Courier depending on the size / weight of the product and the delivery location .

Standard Shipping

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Standard delivery charges Australia wide (excluding NT, TAS and WA) is  $8, all $10 for all other states. Certain products may have an additional shipping charge if they are large (equipment or kits). We will contact you via email if additional charges will apply. 

Express Delivery

We offer an Express Post or Courier service within Australia at a cost of $12 per order. This is available for certain items (such as clothing and small items) and locations only. If you choose this option and Express Delivery is not available then we will refund the difference between Express and Standard. If an item is temporarily out of stock and we need to order it in we will still Express Deliver the order.

 

– Any purchase over $100 is free Australia wide and would be shipped through standard shipping

 

Our Customer Service Policy

Fastgear Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We strive to ensure all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days (depending on the postal/courier delivery schedule and your location); in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2-3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund
