The Huma Plus gels take the great taste of the Original range and double the electrolytes thanks to more natural ingredients like sea salt and coconut water. Don’t worry, Huma’s Strawberry Lemonade Gel Plus is still packed full of tasty fruit puree and concentrate, giving you a delicious gel that’s easy to digest during even the most hardcore event.

Each gel contains 100 calories from fruit puree, brown rice syrup, fruit concentrate, coconut water and chia seeds – plus caffeine. You’re also looking at approximately 240mg of sodium, 80mg of potassium, 25mg of calcium and 15mg of magnesium (depending on the flavour).
