Aqua (Purified Water), Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Glycerin, Cetyl Alcohol, Magnesium Sulfate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Caffeine, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Extract, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Rosa Canina (Rose Hip) Fruit Oil, Macadamia Ternifolia (Macadamia) Seed Oil, Dimethicone, Xanthan Gum, Tocopherol, Phenoxyethanol, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Peel Oil, Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Peel Oil Expressed, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Hydroxide, Limonene, Linalool, Benzyl Salicylate, Benzyl Benzoate
- Apply 5-10 minutes before exercise to clean, dry skin. Don’t use too much! A little goes along way.
- This product is formulated to be applied to moderate-large areas, such as your legs (ankles to upper thighs) for running athletes and your neck, shoulders and upper arms for overhead athletes. Ensure product is rubbed in well using firm and quick massage strokes before starting to sweat. Avoid touching your face and sensitive areas. Wash hands after application.
- Reapply as needed. Wash off well after exercise, and follow up with Premax Recovery Cream Sour Cherry.
