226ERS Isotonic Energy Gel 68g

ISOTONIC GEL carries the seal of the Cologne List. It is an isotonic energy gel with cyclodextrin that provides prolonged energy release and does not require water for intake. The gel features natural flavoring, Stevia as a natural sweetener, and has a high carbohydrate content of 22g, with 89 Kcal per gel unit.

It is available in three flavors and two different formulations. There are also two flavors containing menthol, which offers a cold sensation, known as ISOTONIC ICE GEL.

226ERS ISOTONIC GEL: Its main characteristic is that no water is required for its intake since the gel contains the necessary amount for consumption. This feature is a great advantage if you don’t have much water or if you’re running low during a long-distance race or competition.

ISOTONIC GEL is an energy gel in which the main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a cutting-edge carbohydrate that provides improved and efficient glycogen replenishment.

It offers prolonged energy release, ideal during and after exercise. It results in a lower insulin peak, favoring the use of glucose at the cellular level over a shorter time span while maintaining blood sugar levels for longer. Rapid gastric emptying is facilitated by its high molecular weight and low osmolality, promoting digestion and reducing gastrointestinal effects. It does not inhibit fat burning.

In a 68-g, 89-kcal stick format, it contains 22 g of carbohydrates per unit, mostly complex carbohydrates, with only 1.4 g of sugar.
